RETURN POLICY
All rugs are returnable within 30 days of receipt. We regret that we can not accept returns that exceed the 30-day period.
All returns for reasons other than manufacturer defect or shipping damage must be shipped to us freight prepaid. We will also deduct the original shipping cost from your total credit.
If an item is found to be damaged upon receipt, you will have an option of getting a replacement or full credit.
